Job Description:

Position: Salesforce.com Developer (New York, NY)*

*Will be required to travel to various unanticipated worksites throughout

the U.S.

Duties: Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's new Salesforce.com

(SFDC) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for third party agency

distribution and the annuities services group. Perform SFDC configuration

and development using Apex and Visualforce. Integrate SFDC with other

enterprise applications using SFDC SDK and APIs. Implement security

models, monitor data visibility, develop reports and dashboards, and

customize and configure SFDC applications. Utilize Informatica ICS,

including Informatica Task Flows and Oracle TSQL. Perform full systems

lifecycle project and process delivery. Perform User Acceptance Testing

(UAT), create detailed test plans, track issues to closure, train end

users, and determine sign-offs.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or

related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 2 years

of experience performing software development for CRM applications OR a

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as stated above.

Also requires demonstrated expertise performing Salesforce CRM development

and maintenance of various Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud,

Service Cloud, Salesforce1 and Chatter; demonstrated expertise integrating

Salesforce with other databases and ERP systems using Informatica Cloud

Services; demonstrated expertise performing Web Services integration to

integrate Salesforce with various web applications; demonstrated expertise

performing user administration, data integration and data management for

marketing platforms such as Eloqua; demonstrated expertise interfacing with

business users to gather requirements, and ensuring that developed

applications meet business requirements; and, demonstrated expertise

querying databases using SQL and SOQL.
