Job Description:
Position: Client Service Director (New York, NY) Multiple Openings Duties: Source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend
external and internal candidates for all job levels, including entry level,
experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff, hourly and
management. Market RHI’s recruitment services to prospective clients. Develop and
manage existing client accounts. Recruit finance and accounting
project professionals to work on client engagements. Analyze recruiting
needs and recruit in appropriate sources for the job opportunity. Maintain
statistics to comply with EEO requirements. Represent company at
recruitment events and industry trade associations. Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics,
or Business Administration and two (2) years’ experience performing
technical advisory services in an accounting or consulting environment, or
in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
Economics or Business Administration, and five (5) years’ experience
performing technical advisory services in an accounting or consulting
environment. Also requires demonstrated expertise: performing tax analysis
and compliance for international and domestic companies; performing
assurance procedures for investment banks and broker dealers; performing
in-depth audit procedures in financial, operational and product control;
performing Sarbanes-Oxley 404 controls design, implementation and key
controls testing across middle and back office divisions for fixed income product
areas; auditing compliance triggers based on FINRA and CFTC
regulatory requirements 15c3-1 & 3; and performing recruitment services for
a consulting firm, including attending career fairs,
university presentations, and interview sessions, as well as performing
