Loan Capital Markets to support senior originators in structuring &
executing lead loan mandates & event-driven financings for corporate
issuers. Requires Bachelor’s or foreign education equivalent in Bus
Admin, Econ or Finance & 3 years of experience performing financial statement
analysis, credit research & risk assessment related to cash-flow lending
activities, including credit due diligence, financial modelling &
preparation of marketing materials. Will also accept Master’s & 1 year of
