BNP Paribas seeks Vice President (Job Code S226) in NYC w/in
Merchant Banking Group to support Team Leaders w/transaction origination,
execution & closing process of non-investment grade debt financings for
middle market focused buyout funds & equity sponsors & direct equity
co-investments. Requires Bachelor’s or foreign education equivalent in Business
Admin, Finance, Financial Eng or Economics & 5 years of experience
managing due diligence of mid cap leverage finance / LBO transactions in
institutional & bank loan markets. Will also accept Master’s & 3 years of
