ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsible to cultivate and direct the positive development of the international network system, brand and business growth;

• Directs the development of regional strategic and business plans consistent with the established mission, vision, core values and strategic plan of the Group, and ensures their proper execution.

• Formulate, affect, interpret and implement policies and operating practices as it relates to providing consultation or expert advice to business partners.

• Drives performance goals and continual improvement of key areas of the business.

• Identify, collaborate, train and work with potential partners to realize the franchise possibilities to provide maximum return on investments;

• Provide active support and development to existing partners while foster a positive, proactive and honest relationship with all parties;

• Provides leadership to ensure best utilization of resources in obtaining corporate and regional goals, regulatory compliance, compliance with corporate and regional policies and to ensure the needs of the individuals served are met;

• Lead the franchise team and activities in respect to day-to-day operations;

• Stays current with the competitive activities and industry market trends;

• Ad-hoc projects, special requests, and other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are in search of candidates who possess:

• A minimum of BA degree is required, Master in business or marketing specialization is preferred;

• Smart, Mature and Executive Level Leadership with good interpersonal skills;

• Minimum 10 years of successful working experience in franchise operations, brand, business and people development and management.

• Refined and seasoned communications and presentation skills;

• Fun, high energy and results oriented professional with proven record;

• Attention to detail and commitment to follow – up;

• Calendar management and refined time management and organizational skills;

• Mobile an able to travel extensively for assignments;

• Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups is an advantage.
