Job Description:

Position: Software Designer Manager (New York, NY)

Duties: Lead project development lifecycle including the analysis, design,

testing, and implementation of custom client software solutions. Manage

the design, development, enhancement, and testing of client applications as

part of product development cycle. Understand business requirements and

develop applications including highly appealing GUI that meet those

requirements for new and existing products. Research, design, document,

and modify software specifications throughout the product life cycle. Lead

development and deployment of software applications using MVC, Knockoutjs,

jQuery, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C# and VB.Net. Interact with Project

Managers, Architects and client personnel to communicate status and results

on a timely basis. Mentor junior IT staff.

Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer

Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Information Systems (CIS) and

two (2) years experience in software development using ASP.Net and C#, or,

alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5)

years of experience as noted above.

Also requires demonstrated expertise: developing .Net applications using

ASP.Net, C#, API, and VB.Net; performing data back-end processing using

JavaScript; interfacing with client subject matter experts and IT

professionals to gather system requirements; participating in all phases of

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); and developing and maintaining SQL

stored procedures.
