Job Description:
Position: Manager (New York, NY) Duties: Manage Internal Audit projects evaluating IT security
control effectiveness. Ensure the successful execution of projects.
Analyze the clients’ business and demonstrate technical expertise in their
product group and industry. Perform internal penetration testing and
vulnerability assessments at client sites. Lead PCI Gap Analyses, Remediation
Projects, and Assessments. Manage IT Security Process Improvement
projects, including redesigning vulnerability management and incident
response processes. Develop encryption applications in accordance with
privacy requirements. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in
Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cyber Security, or Computer
Information Systems (CIS) and two (2) years of experience in software
development or project estimation, or alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree (or
foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cyber
Security or Computer Information Systems (CIS) and five (5) years of
experience as noted above. Also requires demonstrated expertise: networking, configuring,
and testing applications in Windows and Linux Operating Systems and Cloud
Computing Systems; performing automation and encryption integration;
analyzing client VPN systems and file servers, and creating firewalls to secure
client files and data; working with software architectures and code to
analyze security and encryption; and working with Project Managers, Business
Sponsors, and Network Team to coordinate security project specifications.
