Job Description:

Will design, engineer, implement and support Lightweight Directory Access

Protocol (LDAP) & Identity Access Management (IAM) system. Will ensure Web

Security environment provides business customers with availability,

integrity, and confidentiality within the core Authentication and

Authorizations systems. Will provide technical security consultations to

the Engineering and Architecture teams. Will identify opportunities for

business application alignment with the use of the Tivoli Security Suite.

Will mentor junior Administrators through the ITIL framework. Will perform

performance monitoring and capacity planning. Will perform business

application interoperability analysis. Will provide technical monitoring,

alert response, and remediation.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Computer Science,

Computer Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in

system engineering, implementation and support of Identity Access

Management (IAM) system.

OR, in the alternative:

Master’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Computer Science,

Computer Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of experience

in system engineering, implementation and support of Identity Access

Management (IAM) system.

Special Requirements:

1) Demonstrated experience administering the suite of IBM Tivoli Security

products, including Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) , Tivoli Access Manager

(ITAM), Tivoli Directory Server (ITDS), Tivoli Directory Integrator (ITDI),

DB2, and WebSphere Application Server;

2) Demonstrated expertise implementing, deploying, tuning, maintaining, and

troubleshooting cluster-based Tivoli security solutions for ITAM, ITIM, and

LDAP products;

3) Demonstrated expertise implementing LDAP or X.500 directory servers

using one of the following: (1) iPlanet/Sun ONE 4.x-5.1, (2) OpenLDAP, or

(3) IBM Directory Server; and,

4) Demonstrated experience setting up Workflows, Roles, Provisioning

Policies, Lifecycle Rules, Access Control Lists (ACIs), Organization

Structures, password policies and supporting solutions including single

sign-on, multifactor authentication, and meta directory.
