Job Description:
This is a F/T position - candidate will report to the Marketing
Director to support the marketing department in developing,
managing/maintaining and analytical tracking of company website and
social media pages. The person filling this role, must research
competitors websites and online presence and provide
recommendations to ensure that our brand is ahead of the curve. We

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Updates - Photography - SEO - Layout/Design * Develop websites to integrate with tracking * SEO Management * Manage Social Media engagement and tracking * Implement major website changes, and layouts * Create, analyze and present monthly traffic reports * Analyze competitors online presence * Develop new websites and maintain existing ones * Research and recommend marketing, and branding * Develop applications through Wordpress * Willingness to travel local QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree in marketing * Experience developing and managing websites * Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC and E-mail marketing * Knowledge of maintaining Wordpress servers * SharePoint experience * Knowledge of domain registration, DNS * Real Estate Experience (residential and commercial) * MS Office proficient * Strong analytical skills * Strong written communication and presentation skills * Excellent organizational and follow through skills To apply for this position please e-mail your resume and Salary
