Job Description:
**New York, NY and various unanticipated worksites throughout
the U.S. Design technical solutions for both sales and service cloud implementation. Analyze business, processes and system needs,
and represent the experience and capabilities of the organization
from a technical perspective. Design and document solutions, and
transform business requirements into technical specifications
documents. Contribute to all business and technical solutions of Salesforce
sales and service cloud projects. Develop new technological offerings
and enhancements to existing applications. Define system
requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of innovative solutions
and establish metrics for success. Ensure that development projects
meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements,
and identify and resolve systems issues. Provide detailed design documentation of each component of the solution such as data
migration, integration and custom development. Scope the technical
portion projects and estimate resource requirements. Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,
Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign
education equivalent) plus 3 years of experience performing
Salesforce.com development, administration and consulting or a Bachelor's
degree and 5 years of experience as stated above. Also requires (1) Demonstrated expertise performing
Salesforce integration, including integrating database applications and
security permissions; (2) Demonstrated expertise performing
Salesforce development using Apex for middleware, and Visual Force for
front-end development; (3) Demonstrated expertise performing
Salesforce configuration and customization for sales processes across
various financial sector domains; (4) Demonstrated expertise
building applications for use with the Salesforce cloud; (5)
Demonstrated expertise utilizing Sybase and Oracle for data configuration
and extraction, transformation and loading; (6)Demonstrated
expertise developing Salesforce for mobile applications using Javascript,
JQuery and Java; and,(7) Demonstrated expertise interfacing with
financial client business professionals to gather requirements,
defining application architecture based on requirements, and interfacing
with IT teams throughout the development, delivery and project
