Job Description:
**New York, NY and various unanticipated worksites throughout
the U.S.) Apply HR functional knowledge to interpret internal and
external business issues to perform SAP ABAP and Dell Boomi
development. Recommend "best practices" and collaborate with team members to
resolve complex problems. Leverage expertise with SuccessFactors
functionality, SAP ABAP development, and SF/SAP integration to perform
systems development. Develop Boomi integrations, including vendor feeds,
custom feeds to and from SuccessFactors and SAP, and custom feeds using
the Dell Boomi Integration tool accessing SuccessFactors APIs.
Implement and support SAP and SF Personnel Administration iFlow,
Organization Structure iFlow, and Organization Assignment iFlow. Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to perform
system testing. Ensure project deliverables are accomplished within
time and budget constraints. Monitor and manage project risks and
develop appropriate mitigation plans. Leverage expertise with Human
Resources- specific ABAP development, including the development of
interfaces and reports, customizations for SAP and SF iFlows, web services, and
custom portal applications. Utilize SuccessFactors Modules from a
functional perspective. Apply Agile and Waterfall project management to
manage SAP development, including vendor relationship management and
managing offshore teams. Interface with the business to gather
requirements, and apply functional HR knowledge to translate functional
requirements into design. Requirements: Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information
systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
plus 4 years of experience designing and developing of SAP
applications. Or, in the alternative, a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of
experience as noted above. Also requires: (1) Demonstrated expertise performing SAP development using
technologies such as ABAP/4, ABAP/HR, SAP HR Module, SAP Benefits, SAP
Payroll, and WebDynpro;(2) Demonstrated expertise performing
SuccessFactors integration with SAP using Boomi Integration tool, Standard
Iflow configuration and monitoring using SRT_UTIL and SLG1
transactions, including full SuccessFactors BizX Suite and Employee Central;
(3) Demonstrated expertise performing implementation, upgrade and
support in a production environment using with SuccessFactors Personnel Administration Boomi iFlow, Org Structure Boomi iFlow and Org
Assignment Boomi iFlow, and debugging XML from the standard Boomi iFlows;
(4) Demonstrated expertise developing custom portal application in
HR ESS and MSS Modules using Webdynpro ABAP, configuring and changing
iViews on SAP Portal; (5) Demonstrated expertise using ALE iDocs for data
transfer to different systems including system data refreshes; (6)
Demonstrated expertise utilizing the scheduling tool ESP Scheduler/CA WA
Workstation to monitor and schedule jobs, and monitoring JCL jobs on
Mainframes and create and monitor FTP jobs using Putty; and, (7) Demonstrated
expertise utilizing SharePoint and SAP solution manager as a central
project document repository, and SAP XI/PI and web services to integrate
