Job Description:

Perform systems and programming tasks for complex or business-critical

applications, including system design, coding, testing, installation,

documentation, and post-installation audits. Participate in agile

projects and mentor onshore and offshore junior Developers. Utilize

Java, J2EE, AngularJS, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON,

SOAP and REST to develop software and web applications. Define system

architecture, implement responsive UI design, including slicing designs

in Photoshop, as well as coding, testing, and debugging using industry

best practices to produce optimal performing and maintainable software

applications. Develop and test for cross-browser and mobile device

compatibility. Utilize webserver and caching technologies such as

varnish, nginx, and memcached.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

(willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 5 years of

experience performing analytics test control design, statistical

modeling and analysis or, alternatively, a Master's degree and 3 years

of experience as stated above.

Also requires:

(1) Demonstrated Expertise (DE) performing enterprise application design

and architecture, development and integration using Java, J2EE, JSP,

Servlets, XML/XSLT, and JSF;

(2) DE creating rich user interface utilizing frameworks to enable Java

to interface with other software systems, using AngularJS, Jquery, Ajax,

Richfaces, HTML5 and CSS3;

(3) DE utilizing Cassandra and Mongo DB to retrieve near-cache data to

present to user interface rapidly, and utilizing MySQL and Oracle to

extract, transform and load data and enrich information for users;

(4) DE using loosely-coupled connectivity to capture data that is not

pre-compiled, using API calls, web services or messaging queues;

(5) DE maintaining, debugging, and performing root cause analysis for

highly-available, large-scale Java/J2EE applications; and,

(6) DE participating in all phases of the full project lifecycle for

software development projects.
