Job Description:
International Rescue Committee seeks Senior VP, Operations &
Strategy in NY, NY to provide strategic leadership for internal
operational functions. Lead constant & ongoing improvement & innovation
initiatives to support & adapt delivery of IRC's operations services. Manage
short & long term strategic ops planning to ensure avail &
appropriate allocation of resources. Provide thought leadership.
Requires Bachelor's degree in Public Admin., Org. Behavior, Comm.,
Writing, Literature, Business, or a closely related field (willing to
accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years’ exec level
exp. in large public or private sector org. focused on humanitarian
aid, devlpmt, diplomacy, or crisis mngmnt; alternatively, Master's
