Job Description:

We're looking for leadership-oriented individuals to join our Fast Track Management Program. In this program, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your path to management and advance within 12 months. New York Life Insurance Company and its affiliates are dedicated to prudent financial management, high-quality products, and impeccable service. Our financial professionals help clients develop along-term financial strategy to achieve their financial goals using a comprehensive an array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable* annuities, and mutual funds*. In the Fast Track Management Program, you'll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you'll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You'll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager. Job Requirements:

  • Use broad knowledge in all facets of securities and insurance to manage and grow a book of business, providing a needs-based approach to selling financial solutions
  • Provide financial security through insurance and investment products
  • Analyzing financial information from clients to determine strategies, products and services to help clients meet financial objectives
  • Involve making outbound sales calls to financial advisors to assist in selling financial products and developing retirement income solutions for customers
  • Value candidates with previous sales experience and financial service knowledge
  • Analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for helping clients meet financial objectives
  • Adhering to policies of the customer financial services
  • Define personal and financial goals, needs and priorities for the development of individual financial plans
  • Exceeding sales and new account goals
  • Execute financial services transactions with minimal supervision
  • Supporting the analysis of financial information, coaching and joint-work opportunities
  • Help clients meet financial objectives
  • Receive and process member financial transactions
  • Deepen client relationships by effectively executing all services and referring bank products while achieving goals through daily sales activities and branch sales promotions
  • Assisting the community in achieving financial goals
