Requirements: GROUP/PROJECT INFO: This role will be part of the Capital Markets International Operations team supporting Bank's Capital Markets business. It will be part of a team responsible for supporting a full-service U.S. prime brokerage business supporting alternative investment clients, such as hedge funds. This role will be accountable for managing the client relationship and working with both the business group and other Bank teams to support the client. This individual will be the central point of contact for prime brokerage clients (cash and synthetic) and act as their liaison within the prime brokerage business and across Bank.

POSITION SUMMARY: Given the objective of our project we are looking for people who have direct Prime Brokerage experience that are an expert in their field to assist us in building out the business from scratch. As we don't have the expertise in house we really need people who have lived and breathed this business for years. All the candidates provided have strengths and would be able to contribute but we only have a very small team we are able to assemble which is why we are looking for very specific experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): s Build relationships with prime brokerage clients, including key decision makers, traders, and operational personnel, fostering a high level of trust s Oversee the client's accounts and would be involved in all aspects of the client's business with Bank including, but not limited to financing, margin, execution, clearing, settlement, give-ups, corporate actions, and reporting, across both Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage s Be a liaison between the client and other Bank teams, including operations, technology, margin, and risk management s Responsible for daily client communications and interactions s Responsible for communicating issues and ensuring problems are resolved in a timely and accurate matter in relation to all aspects of the client's business s Assist in resolving any issues relating to margin calls, corrections, bespoke margin, financing or settlement requests, corporate actions, reporting, fees, billing, give-ups, electronic execution s Introducing the PB technology, client portal, reporting and margining packages to the client s Review revenues, portfolios, balances, market share and trends by client across all products within PB and across Bank s Support the setup and expansion of a U.S. Prime Brokerage business working with Technology, Operations, Business Management, Client Service and Sales o Advise on best practices for the setup of the Client Service function, account management and servicing for all types of prime brokerage accounts across Regulation T, Portfolio Margin, Enhanced (Reg U)/house margin and synthetic prime brokerage o Assist with design of the client web portal with Front Office, Technology Operations o Assist with design of internal and client facing reporting packs and assist with crafting procedures for monitoring them o Participated in vendor selection/evaluation, system testing (UAT), automation projects, and system enhancements

Qualifications: TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years prior brokerage experience in PB Client Service Cash and Synthetic Prime (desirable) Brokerage experience Broker/dealer operations experience (settlements, trade flows, etc.) Good understanding and importance of credit/margin Knowledge of Risk Management working knowledge of FINRA Rule 4210 Fed Reserve Regulation T Direct Prime Brokerage experience as an expert

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Series 7 63 (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Other SRO rules regarding the extension of credit Previous FI experience Base project experience (requirements, building platforms, client portals) Someone that has played a liaison role

SOFT SKILLS: s Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with external clients, business, operations and other disciplines within the firm. s Strong written and verbal communication skills. s Strong computer skills. s Strong organizational skills. s Ability to work well under pressure and ability to multitask.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
