Job Description

Team Leadership

  • Manage a small team of 5 FTE digital marketers focused on executing GTM strategies, including integrated product marketing, email marketing, event marketing, social media, PR and demand generation.
  • A clear communicator with emotional intelligence and organizational planning to oversee timelines and deliverables as well as team resourcing for effective campaigns.
  • Lead with the ability to mentor and train team members on digital marketing and stakeholder engagement. Evaluate team accountability and development areas for success.
  • Manages tactical execution of budget items including managing vendor relationships, invoices and contracts.
  • Promotes the 'One Verisk' brand and aligns campaign tactics to overarching Verisk Financial Marketing Communications strategy.
    Stakeholder Management
    • Interface with business unit heads across Banking & Payments and Fraud & Risk solution areas to prioritize key tasks, provide GTM deliverables and manage expectations.
    • Identify thought leadership opportunities with SMEs and build partnerships with Sales and Business Development teams to drive ROI.
      Demand Generation
      • Focus on creating client-centric campaigns to drive top-of-the-funnel engagement as well as potential to educate and engage existing Banking & Payments client base for deeper wallet share opportunities.
      • Leverage marketing automation (preferably Pardot/Salesforce) to capture MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and MQA (Marketing Qualified Accounts) via integrated digital channel client engagement.
      • Measure and track real-time effectiveness of campaign tactics using pipeline metrics, marketing KPIs, and dashboards outlined by leadership to be agile and targeted in approach.
      • Create sales enablement tool kits to support the full client journey, starting with the client and working backwards to solve complex client challenges with education on solutions.
        Digital Marketing
        • Experience managing and creating simple and engaging content for B2B digital channels, such as web, email, social media (primarily LinkedIn) as well as virtual event experiences.
        • Manage in-house content specialists and external content designers to craft more visual, interactive campaigns across channels (infographics, videos, podcasts, events and paid media elements).
        • Potential to transform existing channels to create a more simple, consistent brand and process. Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of 8+ years' related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
          • People management skills and team leadership along with integrated digital marketing experience (i.e. web, email, social, content marketing, PR and events)
          • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
          • Analytical capabilities and experience facilitating budgetary planning.
          • Experienced cross-functional leadership within a SaaS tech and/or business services-based organization.
          • Background in Banking, Payments, Fraud and Risk as well as interest in Data or Fintech preferred.
