Would you like to be part of this journey? -**NOTE: This role is REMOTE in the United States but must be willing to work Eastern Time zone.We are searching for a Global Partner Operations Senior Manager to lead, manage and evolve our Partner operations to meet the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.As part of our Global Revenue Strategy and Operations Team, you will support our Global Partner Leadership Team, lead, and coordinate partner operations teams globally and drive a world-class operations capability to maximize our partners to efficiently scale our business.This is what you'll do at UiPath:Partner with our Global Partner Leadership Team to define and enable our partner strategy and planLead the coordination of our regional partner operations teams to evolve and manage our operational processes, systems, and data to enable and evolve our strategy & planManage partner operations rhythms across demand generation, pipeline management, opportunity management, partner ecosystem, metrics modeling, forecasting, and leadership business reviews to facilitate goal achievementProvide effective analytics and data driven insights on partner performance, benchmarks and tracking of critical KPIsCoordinate annual planning efforts on behalf of the global channel organization; oversee planning of quotas, Global RoE, headcount, roles & responsibilities, coverage models, etc.Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to the Channel Program Team, Product, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Corporate Development to drive strategic partnership initiativesProvide hands on partner program support to drive the scale and success of partner performanceExecute operational strategies to enable high & low touch Partners and support account management and collaboration with the UiPath direct sales team to scaleDesign, document, and implement strategic initiatives and processes to enhance productivity, optimize revenue and elevate our go-to-market execution teamsDrive consistent sales methodologies to effectively serve customer needs.Support ad hoc requests to drive informed business decisions across the Partner LOBThis is what you'll bring to UiPath:Ideally 7+ years of successful operational leadership, building best-in- class global operational environmentsStrong operational leadership experience sales operations in fast-paced high tech post-IPO international companiesDeep understanding of operational management in international SaaS companiesHighly effective people leader managing direct and indirect international operations teamsStrong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussionsHighly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and teamTakes initiative, self-starter, resilient, solution-oriented, comfortable with constant change and ambiguity while also being able to push back as neededStrategic thinker, who is also execution oriented with strong attention to detail; ideally has experience driving cross-functional programs or processesEffective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives/ partners in cross-company projectsBachelor's degree#LI-CA6Life at UiPath can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
