  • Assist in the project management of the Center for Audit Solutions - Broker-Dealer Center of Excellence team
  • Correspond with the Audit engagement teams and Center of Excellence team
  • Coordinate with offshore team members
  • Assist with other service offerings within the Center for Audit Solutions, including projects related to expansion of service offerings, team management items or ad-hoc special projects
  • Deliver timely and quality services that meet or exceed the expectations of the engagement team and team managerQualifications:
    • Minimum three years of recent experience, preferably in a professional service firm
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent project management, time management, verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills, knowledge of project management techniques, digital project management tools
    • Ability to create milestone schedules and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals; ability to work autonomously and create processes to support a quickly growing internal team serving a high volume of audit engagement teams; ability to identify and address discrepancies with minimal oversight from team manager
    • Baseline understanding of KCw and the Audit practice; audit experience is preferred but not required
    • Oversee and review work performed by onshore and offshore Center for Audit Solutions Associates, if applicable
