In order to source creative, marketing, media and digital talent in this landscape, we have supplemented agency-lead recruiting with central-recruiting support. Our Talent Acquisition Team works across our brands and Stagwell corporate. We are looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to manage recruiting needs at the holding company level. We are looking for someone who has a background in finance/accounting/operations recruiting with the goal of providing white glove recruiting services to our corporate hiring managers.

Job responsibilities:

  • Posting, sourcing, vetting for all corporate openings (covering NYC, DC, Miami and Tampa markets)
  • Nurturing benches of talent in area of finance, accounting, tax, internal audit, FP&A, real estate, ops, etc.
  • Further defining a structured interview process (# of interviews, skills/behavioral assessments, etc.)
  • Providing interviewer training support for all hiring managers at corporate
  • Developing an improved, standardized feedback collection process
  • Holding regular meetings with HR to understand future headcount planning
  • Creating and leading a formal internship program at the corporate level
  • Depending on requisition load, this person may work on similar finance, accounting, tax, ops, admin roles across the Stagwell network
    • Previous experience in recruitment agency or in-house recruiting for finance, accounting, operations, internal audit, etc.
    • At least 3 years experience managing full cycle recruiting - including sourcing, interviewing , and closing candidates
    • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
    • Strong interviewing skills
    • Constant curiosity for creative ways to source candidates
    • Experience in leading and motivating stakeholders
