Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk who is
proficient in all aspects of Accounting, possess excellent
computer, organizational and analytical skills, along with strong
attention to detail. Must work independently and collaboratively
with team. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Accounts
Payable Accounts Receivable Vendor Set-up and Maintenance Vendor
Payments and 1099's Data Entry Preparation of Electronic Legal
Billing Bank Deposits Bank Statement Reconciliations Keep Record(s)
Accuracy in accordance with Accounting Principals Perform all other
general accounting and office tasks --- Qualifications: Minimum 1-3
years fundamental knowledge of GAAP. Associates degree &/or
Accounting experience equivalent. Knowledge of Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook required. Strong organizational and problem
solving skills. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal
communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask and maintain
confidentiality. Deadline and detail-oriented. Law firm experience
preferred. Knowledge of ProLaw legal software A Skills: Data
Entry/Typing Letter writing/Emailing Alpha/Numeric Filing
Calculator usage General office duties: Professional telephone
etiquette, scanning, copying, printing and faxing. Salary will be
commensurate with experience.
