It all begins with you.About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant (Trading Model Business Analysis / Implementation Consultant) in Strategic Execution as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking.   • Develop and execute against the roadmap for critical programs and key business priorities with key Trading, Quant, Risk, and Technology partners
  • Partner with front office quant team and downstream stakeholders, particularly M odel V alidation and R isk, to drive end to end model implementation efforts and ensure model governance requirements are met
  • Develop understanding of overall Quant delivery BoW and support prioritization process for those dependencies
  • Develop awareness of external drivers (e.g. Policy, reg) that add to scope of projects to ensure all aspects are incorporated in the solutions
  • Lead resolution of moderately complex problems, identifying root cause and solution options for decision making. Identify, manage, and escalate key risks, issues, and dependencies and help lead resolution.
  • Build effective partnerships across the organization, forming strong relationships with core teams (including risk modeling quants, market risk oversight, risk technology, among others) to work collaboratively Required Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • 4+ years of cash or derivative products experience
      • 4+ years of capital markets experience, including change management experience
      • Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, both in Agile and Waterfall
      • Educational degree or experience in technical field a plus Strong understanding and background in delivery of quant or technology initiatives
      • Solid leadership, relationship management, influencing and execution skills
      • Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment
      • Advanced experience in planning and organizing cross functional work and managing multiple stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion
      • Advanced communication skills with experience with business and technical stakeholders
      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities as the body of work evolves, often on short notice
