Job Description:

Analyst/Associate in our North American Client Solutions Group
(CSG). In this role you will focus on Strategic Relationships
within Retail Distribution Channels. You will play a key role on
the team as Macquarie expands its Public and Private Markets
product offering.Your primary responsibilities will
include:Partnering with Relationship Managers on "focus"
relationships and ownership of certain emerging
relationshipsWorking with Relationship Managers on all client
requests to ensure timely accurate deliveryBuilding relationships
within organizations home office and research teams and develop
business plan for emerging relationships - Emerging relationships
(Tier II and III coverage):Leveraging your knowledge of alternative
investments / private markets to help identify new opportunities
within our Wealth Solutions businessBuilding relationships within
the RIA channel to identify growth opportunities that support
strategic firm initiativesAbility to build strong internal
relationships with Portfolio Management teamsManaging Client Sales
Desk & Sales Desk Manager relationships in partnership with
SRM/RMPartnering with analyst to ensure flawless execution of all
deliverables for Events and ConferencesLiaising with Internal Sales
Teams on "focus" firm initiatives, campaigns and client success
storiesChampioning the partnership with analysts on collateral;
Newsletters, Weekly Emails, SharePointPreparing materials for
client meetings and for internal prep to the prep meetingsLiaising
with internal partners including product management, marketing,
legal, compliance, data teams, and senior managementWorking with
data teams to analyze and utilize data packs from partner
firmsPartnering with product management teams on product campaigns
and sales ideas based on focus firm product availabilityAd-hoc
client, team, and internal organizational requestsYour background
will include:Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in Financial
ServicesKnowledge of alternative investmentsProficiency in MS Word,
Excel & PowerPointClient service experience, understanding of
retail distribution & working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft
Teams is a plusOrganized with an attention to detail and
executionAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced
environment is criticalSeries 7 registration (or obtained within

$42,500-$115,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but
not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market
data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive
