This professional will not only contribute to meeting and exceeding client expectations, but will also have the opportunity to work for a firm with a diverse clientele and a clear path for growth. Responsibilities: Performing audit procedures on balance sheet and income statement accounts in accordance with GAAS Basic planning of audit fieldwork, monitoring budgets, and performing risk assessment Demonstrated expertise in the application of GAAP and financial reporting Direct contact with clients to discuss and resolve audit-related issues Preparation of financial statements, reports and accompanying disclosures Determining and suggesting ideas for improvement to operations, accounting systems and reporting Effectively communicating project status to team members Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or other related field CPA or working towards obtaining CPA license 1.5 - 4 Years of audit experience at a National Firm in New York City Apply Name: Email: Phone: Resume: Dedicated to the placement of high caliber financial professionals throughout the entire New York/Tri-State Region.
