Our client, an elite Private Equity & Investment Firm in New York, NY is looking for an a Compliance Analyst to join their team! We are seeking individuals that can work in midtown Manhattan NYC on a remote-hybrid schedule. Our clients are targeting 3-4 days working on site in office and the rest working remotely from home.Responsibilities will include:

• providing oversight and monitoring to the firm's trading platform
• facilitating pre and post-trading compliance controls & analysis
• Daily Trade Reviews
• building out oversight controls and identifying operational-related trade errors and issues
• responsibilities within Portfolio compliancePerks of this opportunity:

    • 3+ years experience in trading desk/front office compliance role, with a preference for credit asset management exposure
    • Strong sense of professionalism, ability to liaise with different divisions/individuals with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
    • Competitive compensation based on experience ($100-150k, $55-$80 hourly)
