• Prepare and Review Monthly & Quarterly Reports
• Provide oversight and make decisions for the development of annual operating budgets
• Implement and track data for measuring KPI business performance
• Evaluate company financial-risk parameters
• Give presentations to executive leadership team; using models, reports and strategic insight
• Support Corporate Development from a Financial perspective
• Oversee Senior Management team, apart of the Finance department
• Work closely with other Director's within the Company
• Continuously seek financial improvement, cost savings and other efficiency actionsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Master's in Business Administration preferred
  • 10 years of experience with Forecasting, Planning, Business Analysis
  • Exposure to World Class Manufacturing Practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Financial Planning & Analysis in a Manufacturing/CPG facility
  • Excellent communication skills
