We are excited to be working with Global US law firm to hire a Business Development Manager to lead their prestigious Financial Institutions practice, the role will report directly into the Business Development Director giving the role lots of responsibility and strategic work whilst also offering you a clear mid-long term career path.The team are keen to engage both current Business Development Managers and individuals who are seeking to take their first step into a BDM post, as such we have a relatively broad salary range for this role to make it attractive to individuals at both levels.Core responsibilities for the role include:

• Work with the key decision makers and fee earners on advising on key client activity relevant for the Financial Institutions group, this will include collating strategic research on client and market activity, working with the partners on new business development opportunities within the current client base.
• Working in tandem with the Business Development Director, help to pull together and deliver a strategic marketing plan for the group, delivering on key campaigns, projects and thought leadership pieces.
• Be proactive in working with the firms Communications and PR team in order to raise the firm's profile in specific markets tailored to the Financial Institutions practice.
• Managing the firms social media strategy and presence in the market.
