Responsibilities: - Accounts payable entry and coding, General expenses/ bill processing for payment by Central A/P - Entry of new vendors - OFAC review of payees - Managing Claims accounts Cash Balances - Monthly reporting to the carriers - Voiding of Checks at the bank and in the G/L - Assist with month end closings and claims A/P entries - Backup for wire transfers and ACH payments - Ensure all checks received by the mailroom are properly deposited or handled. - Handle inquiries relating to all functions For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 -$65,000 Starr Companies is comprised of C. V.
