--- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent tax planning, consulting, and expertise
--- Provide innovative tax planning and review income tax returns
--- Identify and mitigate tax risks
--- Extensive Knowledge of Form 1120, 1065, 990 and 1040
--- Manage and coordinate tax audits
--- Perform accounting activities, including year-end accounting for small businesses
