collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading
technology product suite. We are seeking a detail-oriented
Associate to join our Finance team to help build our in-house
accounting function.You will work closely with stakeholders to
produce accurate and timely financial statements, with a focus on
month-end close, reconciliations, and identifying improvements to
existing accounting processes. This position will report to the
Senior Manager of Finance, with engagement across the organization
while you support the Finance team's growth and continued impact
across the organization.This is an exceptional opportunity for a
driven, detail-oriented top performer to become directly engaged
with several of the world's most sophisticated private equity
investors and produce immediate impact within a globally-focused
financial technology firm.As an Associate, Finance & Accounting at
Chronograph, you will:Support month-end close processes: prepare
monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements, as well as maintain the general ledgerReconcile bank
accounts and cash disbursement accounts, utilizing third party
software to optimize reconciliation processes (e.g. Ramp, the
Company's payroll processor / PEO)Coordinate closely with external
auditors and tax advisors to address requests during the Company's
financial statement audits and year-end tax return preparationWork
with the Senior Manager of Finance to generate monthly and
quarterly reporting for Company management and investors, analyze
variances to budget, and other ad-hoc analysesPartner with the
Client Management team to ensure accurate and and timely client
billingFile state sales tax and track nexus thresholdsAssist in the
implementation and ongoing administration of NetSuitePerform other
duties as assignedYou will be successful in this role if you
have:One to three (1-3) years of professional development
experience, ideally in Big 4 audit or another high growth
companyAdvanced understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards
relevant to the SaaS industry (e.g. ASC 606)Excitement for
improving existing accounting, reporting, and controls
processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong
analytical skillsExperience with Netsuite a plusBachelor's degree
in accounting; CPA or progress towards a plusA desire to join a
rapidly growing organization in a role with Company-wide
visibilityEffective communication skills as you will need to
frequently interact with various groups in and outside of
FinanceAbility to manage multiple tasks, operate within tight
deadlines, and escalate issues as necessaryPositive attitude,
