Our platform is designed to provide users with on-demand access to the resources they need to run their applications and projects quickly and efficiently without investing in expensive hardware or infrastructure.Why join us?Excellent pay and benefits!Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 100% paid for the employeeFlexible Spending AccountFlexible, full-service childcare support401(k) with a generous employer matchFlexible PTOJob DetailsWe are looking for a Senior Fixed Assets Accountant to support all aspects of our Data Centers!Collaborate with AP, purchasing, inventory manager, and field operation team to identify and manage fixed asset purchases, service dates, timely capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposition.Ensure proper capitalization of fixed asset expenditures by reviewing vendor invoices.Develop FA management processes and procedures with the field operation team.Assess existing FA operation and accounting systems, and provide recommendations for consolidation.Suggest updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets to management.Maintain accurate FA records by tracking locations and categories and ensuring detailed information is recorded in our systems.Perform periodic FA cycle counts to reconcile physical and accounting records.Manage the monthly and yearly roll forward of fixed assets, and reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger to the general ledger.Provide support to auditors by preparing audit schedules and responding to inquiries.Prepare FA schedules for tax provisions and tax returns.Evaluate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets and recommend disposals to management.Conduct fixed asset analyses as requested by management.Prepare property tax returns and accrue monthly use taxes for data centers with tax incentives.Monitor fixed asset expenditures against the capital budget and management authorizations.Interested in hearing more?
