We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst,
Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team. This role
is located in New York, NY and Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Assists in the delivery of basic financial analytics and
reporting in support of assigned line of business, corporate
function, or region
- Performs basic analyses to support end to end processes within
Finance including the support for the period close, analyses of
performance such as forecasted period revenue and expenses against
actual results, and metrics and scorecard reporting.
- Provides basic trend analysis on financial data and operating
- Compiles financial information for input into a variety of
periodic financial reports.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
- Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.
- Strong MS Excel skills preferred

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive
compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this
position is expected to be between $46,500 and $88,750 per year at
the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will
be determined on an individualized basis, including as to
experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total
compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also
include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and
long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit

compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to
