We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst
to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in New
York, NY - and is a Hybrid position.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for performing mandatory and voluntary corporate
action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, such
as dividend payments, reorganization/proxy, bond redemption,
- Also responsible for managing and controlling high levels of
risk and liability inherent in the various functions and for
reconciliation activities, client reporting and proration on
- Responsible for proactively recognizing, researching and
processing moderately intricate mandatory and voluntary corporate
- Responsibilities include the daily interpretation, monitoring,
scrubbing and notification of complex corporate action events in
the global market as well as the reconcilement, monitoring and
posting of entitlements to client accounts.
- Balances entitlements and processes liability notices, dividend
and interest payments, and class action suits.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience in financial services processing and corporate
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred

compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this
position is expected to be between $46,500 and per year at the
commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be
determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience
and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total
compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also
include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and
long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit

modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or
compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to
individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or
individual department/team performance, and market factors.
