The successful candidate will be responsible for month-end-close, reviewing financial statements, and maintaining the general ledger. • Perform month-end-close procedures for assigned funds, including reconciling investment positions and cash balances, calculating net asset values, and preparing financial statements
• Review financial statements and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain the general ledger for assigned funds, including recording journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Prepare and review investor capital account statements and other investor-related reports
• Coordinate and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance reporting
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assignedQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fund accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Experience with month-end-close processes and financial statement preparation
  • Proficiency with general ledger systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
