NetSuite Bookkeeper/Accountant (IN-OFFICE OR HYBRID) -
Position DescriptionNETSUITE EXPERIENCE IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE FOR THIS POSITION!Please do not submit your credentials if you do not have the required SetSuite experience.We are a medium-sized wholesale distributor of business and facilities supplies located in the greater New York City metropolitan area seeking a NetSuite Bookkeeper. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the other members of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing all accounting functions within the organization, including business finances, bookkeeping tasks, payroll processing, sales tax filings and financial reporting. Additionally, you will manage and oversee crucial daily banking and cash flow tasks. -

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on NetSuite experience in product distribution, including drop-ship, warehouse, wholesale, via high-volume Electronic Data Interchange ["EDI"] (purchasing, -shipping confirmations and invoicing). As the company evolves, you will have the opportunity to establish and document bookkeeping policies and procedures to guarantee efficient, consistent and accurate financial operations and reporting, and play a key role in building the structure of a Finance department and hiring accounting staff. -
