Additional Educational Preferences :
A Juris Doctorate, PhD, MBA or a Master degree in Finance, Tax,
Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics may also
be considered.
Certification(s) Preferred :
One or more of the following: CPA License, Levels 1 & 2 of the CFA
exam, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative
Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance
or Hospitality, State Certified Appraiser License***, Member
Appraisal Institute (MAI), or completion of all requirements for
CCIM designation; CHA, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success
in financial issues, capital markets and product life cycle,
knowledge which will be enhanced by working on various client
engagements and assignments related to complex financial issuing,
investing in or trading financial instruments.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success
in financial products and issues that both issuers and investors
face as markets evolve over time including the following areas:
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success
in financial instruments, such as derivatives and fixed income
products, which are utilized within real estate finance, consumer
finance, or corporate finance. Selected candidates should also have
some level of familiarity with valuation techniques that are
utilized for financial products.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success
in problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage
multiple tasks, including the following areas:

record of success as both an individual contributor and team
