Title Expanding CPA firm located in NYC is seeking a Tax Senior & Manager to join their tax department.Description:
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing/preparing mainly partnership and some corporate, consolidated and multi-state tax returns
• Researching tax issues related to your clients
• Handling and resolving client tax questions and issues
• Reviewing federal and state quarterly estimated payments and assisting with tax audits and research projects.
• Developing good relationships with clients and managing their expectationsDetermining possible situations where additional tax services can be provided Job Information The right candidate will have the following:
  • BS in Accounting or related field
  • CPA preferred
  • 3+ years recent CPA firm tax department experience
  • Specialization in financial service clients, hedge funds and private equity preferably
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of GoSystem and/or ProSystem a plus
  • Strong team player
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
