Senior Manager, People Sustainability Insights & Analytics About
the Role: As a Senior Manager, People Sustainability Insights &
Analytics you'll be leveraging people data in an eco-system of
digital solutions aligned with the People & Organization's Global
and US strategic ambition. This role will be responsible for
overseeing the process of collecting, validating, and reporting
People Sustainability Data in compliance with the company's
policies and external regulations. The People Analytics team aims
to spearhead better data driven decision making across the US
Region, enabling a people experience that is unique to CHANEL as
human centered employer. Reporting to the Group Director, HR
Technologies & People Analytics, you'll work closely with local HR
partners, the business and management. We are looking for a Senior
Manager, People Sustainability Insights & Analytics to play a
leading role in establishing and maintaining effective data
structure & processes for (People) Sustainability to be reported to
the larger Global CHANEL organization. The employee will work
closely with Regional and Global stakeholders across HR,
Sustainability, IT and Finance to ensure that data is accurate,
defined, aligned and presented in a way that supports CHANEL's
Sustainability goals and compliance with CSRD requirements. What
impact you can create at CHANEL: Align and define Regional People
Data frameworks and systems in relation to our Sustainability
related goals Collect, analyze, clean, and interpret data related
to our (People) Organization and different business operations
Develop and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI, Workday
and other HR systems Improve the existing accuracy and reliability
of data through implementing audit systems and validation processes
Review People Data & dashboard change requests and queries,
coordinating with the Local HR team and Global People Solutions Be
considered as the Regional Project Expert on our Sustainability
Reporting mission, leading the consolidation of People Data in
preparation for submissions to regulatory bodies Collaborate with
Global teams, Finance & IT to implement and improve HR Data
management systems and technologies that support efficient and
secure data consolidation Train and guide employees across the US
Region on People Data collection and reporting procedures to ensure
consistency and compliance with Sustainability related goals
Analyze and interpret People Data relevant to predefined
Sustainability metrics, including D&I, employee well-being,
talent development, contingent workforce, training, health &
safety, adequate wages, etc. You are energized by: Data-Driven

will bring to the team: Minimum of 7 years of experience in
(People) Insights & Analytics or Sustainability-related fields
Knowledge of and experience in Power BI & Sustainability Reporting
Experience in HRIS Systems, Workday and Workday Reporting expertise
preferredExperience in data consolidation, management and
reporting, preferably within a Sustainability or HR context Data
Visualization skills and the capability to translate insights into
a meaningful narrative for Local and Global stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in managing large datasets and conducting
data audits for accuracy and completeness, as well as being capable
of suggesting process improvements Customer service mindset towards
diverse stakeholders within CHANEL and strong relationship-building
skills Cultural sensitivity and ability to coach, consult and
educate based on insights Experience working with cross-functional
teams and stakeholders to gather and validate HR or Sustainability
Data Project Management skills, with a track record of successfully
leading projects from inception to completion Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively within a regional ecosystem Strong leadership and
interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and engage team
members Position Logistics: Minimum of 7 years of experience in
(People) Insights & Analytics or Sustainability-related fields
Bachelor's degree, or above, preferred, or equivalent
experiencePartially Remote: Role requires a minimum of 3 days
in-person office presence at the New York City office Experience in
a global people organization preferred *Chanel, Inc. reserves the

circumstances where deemed appropriate. Compensation: The
anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 -
$150,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation
for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be
offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include
