What you -ll doFinancial & GAIN Steering (50%)

• Manage and monitor KPIs for procurement savings and cost impact, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the GAIN initiatives, driving the execution of savings projects to deliver measurable cost improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to analyze cost structures and identify optimization opportunities.
• Report on financial outcomes and provide detailed analysis of cost impacts to leadership.Sustainability Initiatives & Metrics Steering (20%)
  • Integrate sustainability goals into procurement strategies and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and track sustainability metrics, providing insights to improve environmental and social impacts across the supply chain.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives supporting carbon reduction, waste management, and other sustainability objectives.Project & Leadership Management Support (30%)
    • Provide leadership support in cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
    • Organize and facilitate workshops to generate innovative savings ideas and enhance collaboration across teams.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to top management, offering actionable insights and updates on KPIs, savings, and project progress.
