Mandatory Skills & Certifications:
Strong expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Proficient in COBRA and SAP
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in program finance within the defense industry
Skilled in financial reporting and forecasting using EVM tools
Strong in Excel, cost analysis, and variance reporting
Preferred:
Experience with CPAF, CPFF, FFP, T&M contracts
Familiarity with DFARS, ANSI-748-D, NDIA guides
