Job Description:
About the Company Client company is an energy infrastructure
owner with completed transactions totaling over $1 billion. Our
client is looking to hire a Director of Development for their
Community Solar Division. Key aspects of the role include: Scaling
a growing business and driving critical internal process
efficiencies and initiatives Leading the execution of
post-acquisition, pre-mobilization tasks for community solar
projects Working comfortably with investment, asset management, and
delivery teams Candidate qualifications & core characteristics:
Unimpeachable integrity and glowing references Proven experience
understanding and navigating laws and regulations at a state and
local level. Deep familiarity with the community solar development
lifecycle. Excellent project management skills. A risk management
mindset and ability to anticipate challenges. Outstanding
communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy,
intuition, and listening as well as strong writing, editing, and
basic design skills. High level of self-awareness and humility,
with excitement about confronting uncomfortable situations or new
challenges Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity;
problem-solving is your default mode Entrepreneurial spirit:
