We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our dynamic team at FreedomPay. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the payments technology industry, helping to develop and enhance innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a keen interest in the fintech space. Job Responsibilities Assist the Accounting team to close the month end books, focusing on bank reconcilements and corporate credit card work Be part of the team gathering information for the annual financial statement audit with KPMG Invoice customers from a sales order queue for credit card device purchases Join the team in setting up a new billing platform, Zone Billing, to optimize our process Work in Netsuite to assist the functions/processes of the Accounting/Billing team Entering daily deposit efficiently Credit card processing Credit card reconciliation ACH reconciliation Customer account billing and payment disputes Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment Support the Finance Team by investigating and resolving payment related inquires Other responsibilities and enterprise duties as assigned Reaching out to customers with overdue invoices to collect payments As the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
