Job DescriptionExecutive Assistant position within a growing global Private Equity firmThe OrganizationAn international private equity group focused on investing in market-leading businesses, working with management teams to create and realize value within its portfolio companies.Main Duties

  • Provide professional administrative support to assigned executives in all aspects of their work
  • Heavy calendar management with the ability to deal with multiple conflicts and time zones with ease
  • Work alongside other Executive Assistant’s and provide back up support when needed, be a pro-active team player
  • Arrange complex international and domestic travel agendas, prepare comprehensive itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers etc.
  • Assist with pre-meeting materials, research information as needed and updating of presentations using PowerPoint, high attention to detail required.
  • Proactively manage correspondence, including filtering emails, phone inquiries, and posted correspondence
  • Responsible for expense reporting and itemizing receipt
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external contact
  • Assist in ad hoc projects with high attention to detailSkills/Competencies
    • 4 year college degree
    • Experience as an Administrative Assistant in a financial environment required
    • 4 years of applicable administrative experience preferred
    • Willing to take ownership and responsibility while also working well in a team
    • Demonstrated ability to make accurate and timely administrative judgments, while remaining calm and professional under pressure
    • Good geographic knowledge required for putting together complex travel itineraries.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: poised, polished and articulate
    • Resourcefulness and a proactive attitude with the ability to stay one step ahead
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality results and working with tight deadlines
    • Extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills; impeccable attention to detail and professionalismBenefits
