The impact you'll make: The Senior Benefits Analyst will support Avis labor relations as it relates to remittances, benefit deductions, ratifications and union audits as well as assist with the comprehensive benefits programs for the Americas (US, PR, VI, Canada and Argentina) including, medical, dental, vision, FSA, STD, LTD, life, voluntary, EAP and AD&D. In collaboration with the HR Benefits Director, ensure all employee benefit programs are compliant and administered accurately. What you'll do:* Interpret and summarize union collective bargaining agreements through internal ratification templates as well as prepare resolution for the Define Contribution and Define Benefits plans quarterly* Support union audits by gathering information requested by auditors.* Reviews union audit' findings and validates results as well as researches and investigates any discrepancies or variances* Assists in comparing the organization's benefits to union benefits to support Labor Relations function during contract negotiations* Fund monthly union benefit remittances as required by each union* Provide quarterly reporting and direction to payroll as it relates to union benefit deductions* Partner with outside benefit vendors to identify and solve escalated employee benefit issues relating to all H&W benefits* Assist with various tasks relative to benefit implementations/communications* In collaboration with leave of absence administrator, review/deliver to the HR population all new state leaves, analyze/report leave status and resolve employee issues involving all leave types* Assist PMO to lead "open enrollment" which includes program/plan implementations, communications and benefit fairs* Assist in the data review for the filing and coordination of annual tax and compliance reporting activities including and not limited to ACA 1095?C/1094-C, H&W 5500 and state leave attestation for AVIS Budget Group* Support and back up all funding and administration of defined contribution and defined benefits plans* Assist with any initiatives and projects as required What we're looking for:* Bachelor's degree* Strong communications skills* At least 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration* Comprehensive knowledge of retirement, health and welfare plan design, administration and compliance* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills you should bring to the table:* Comprehensive knowledge of retirement, health and welfare plan design, administration and compliance* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Perks you'll get:* Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance* Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Legal, Identity Theft, Accident Insurance, FSA, additional life insurance coverages* Up to $5,500/year tuition reimbursement* Contribute up to $260 as a tax-free benefit for public transportation or parking expenses* 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions* Employee Stock Purchase Plan (eligible after 90 days of service)* Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills* Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars* Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more* Community involvement opportunities The fine print: Avis Budget Group is an equal opportunity employer ?
