An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing their own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:
--- Manage the day to day operations so the team runs smoothly and can focus on selling
--- Manage our CRM and systems that coordinate our listings, lead generation, client information and back office tasks to ensure the team is operating at peak efficiency
--- Manage listing information and client related documents, work with vendors, including photographers and stagers, and coordinate marketing of listings online and in print to show properties effectively and lead to quick sales
--- Complete Board packages for the two team leads
--- Assist the two team leads with retaining new client leads by creating auto searches for buyers and running drip campaigns
--- Coordinate with the company marketing department to execute marketing initiatives
--- Track and manage the team's ad budget
--- Create marketing events and client experiences that entice new customers and expand our database
--- Arrange buyers tours and be the main point of contact for all buyers inquiring about our listings
--- Assist with showings when needed

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Attention to detail is required for this position
Training experience a huge plus
Bachelor's degree a plus but not required
--- The ability to distill directions, prioritize, and multi-task
--- Microsoft Office and Google software is required
--- The ability to write clearly and concisely is required
--- Familiarity with all social media platforms is plus
--- Tech-savvy is a huge plus - we use a lot of software to make us more efficient
--- The ability to think outside the box and be quick on your feet is a huge plus
