OrganizationOur client is one of the nation's leading nonprofit
organizations who is seeking an Executive Assistant /
Administrative Assistant to provide support to one of theirtheir C
Level executives in adherence to the organization's goals. The
position is 100% remote / work from home.Executive Assistant /
Administrative Assistant Provide outstanding administrative and
project support for Human Resources. Looking for a self-starter who
possesses a "can-do" attitude, is able to learn quickly and
multi-task various action items. Key Responsibilities:?*
Coordinates the calendar of the Chief Human Resources Officer,
including communication related to time and appointments according
to priority level. * Responsible for downloading and processing
meeting takeaways and follow up actions with appropriate
individuals.* Coordinates weekly HR Staff meetings, including
agenda preparation, topic / speaker confirmation and on a rotating
basis facilitates the meetings.* Serves as the HR division's
vendor-partner contract liaison originating partner intake,
completing documents through the contract process. Reports on
contract status and maintains contracts for the department.*
Prepares / submits pay orders as well as related documents for
vendor payments.* Reconciles transactions for the Chief Human
Resources Officers department in terms of expenses* Drafts, formats
and proof documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. as needed.*
Provides input in the development of policies and procedures that
are managed by the Chief Human Resources Officer as well as the
overall HR team.* Keeps pace with progressive HR practices /
processes and sharing how they can increase value for the greater
organization.* Office and Intern Program events in partnership with
the Talent, Experience and Development team* Arrange and coordinate
travel for CHRO and other HR leaders, as needed* Manages special
projects and takes on additional responsibilities to support the
needs of the CHROKnowledge, Skills and Experience:* 3-6+ years of
experience in support of an executive or multiple key stakeholders*
Demonstrate superior customer service w/ internal as well as
external customers.* Must be able to respond to all inquiries in a
timely, tactful, and professional manner.* Ability to manage
multiple tasks and ensure completion of all components.*
Collaborative - approaches problems in a complete way with
resourcefulness. * Strong, clear and concise verbal and written
communication skills across all mediums and across all levels of
the organization.* Ability to find the right balance of being
collaborative and approachable while still being able to facilitate
progress
