Job Description:

Reports To: Director of Operations Direct Reports: None
Principal Accountabilities: The Operations Administrative Associate supports the Director of Operations with the management of the day-to-day business. The Operations Administrative Associate's responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, IT support, support of the retail stores including procurement, logistics, managing assets, assisting other company departments as needed, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role is based out of our Brooklyn office in Industry City. It is not a remote role and relocation is not available.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with office duties such as distributing mail, and special office projects.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, internet research, and creating reports. Reconciling monthly operations credit card statements. Process department invoices
  • Track and replace office supplies for all corporate and retail locations. Purchase office furniture, equipment as needed.
  • Conduct internet research, price comparisons of shipping costs, office/retail store supplies and miscellaneous procurement related duties as needed.
  • Maintain Inventory databases and keep track of asset inventories, assignments and movement and produce necessary documentation.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail & packages.
  • Make travel arrangements as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • An analytical mindset with strong problem solving, communication, and writing skills.
    • Ability to lift 25 pounds and sit for sustained periods of time.
    • Minimum of 2 years previous administrative, operations experience
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Working knowledge of Mac OS, Windows and Office 365
    • Remain flexible and available for other company projects (e.g. sample sales, events, etc).
