Position Title: Entry Level Administrative Assistant Department : Non- Profit Locations : Brooklyn, NY 11207 Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Hourly Rate: $17 Requirements :

HSD or equivalent required, associate---s degree preferred A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative setting Some knowledge/experience working in the social service or related field Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Job Requirements:Job Functions:
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and arranging for deliveries Answer telephone, screen and route calls take messages efficiently Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, record, transcribe and distribute meeting agenda and minutes Greet all visitors/guests/consumers/staff in a courteous manner Work with purchasing office supplies/food orders/furniture, inventory control, mails, faxes, deliveries, service calls, drills, tracking and filling all vendors list, inspection checklists and work orders. Monthly facilitated group w/ notes & sign-in sheet included Tracking all consumers/guests/visitors during assigned shift Create PowerPoint/Excel spreadsheets/flyers/handbook
