We are looking to hire an Office Manager with construction
experience to join our team! You will be responsible for the
overall administrative activities of the organization. Candidate
must be proficient in Quick Books and MS Office, have a minimum of
3 years construction related experience.
Key responsibilities and requirements of this position include:
Paperwork management to keep submittals, drawings and other project
information organized and readily available.
Prepare and maintain project logs.
Coordination of calendars.
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management.
Prepare proposals and correspondence, construction billings and,
purchase orders, placing orders for equipment, bid submittals, bond
requests, and insurance requests.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
(oral and written).
Ability to interact with other office personnel, management, field
staff, vendors and clients.
Handle heavy telephone call volume.
