managing Associates or Bachelors degree Job Summary: A large
nonprofit serving older New Yorkers is seeking to hire a Program
Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for administrative
duties and coordinating monthly activities and programs. Client
Description: Prepares monthly activities calendar, information
materials, and flyers of the senior center programs. Assists
Program Director and/or Assistant Program Director in developing
appropriate group programs and securing consultants for
programming. Attends community, agency, and staff meetings as
designated. Answers in-person and telephone inquiries and acts as
troubleshooter referring calls as required. Types letters, reports,
flyers, and other printed materials as needed. Collects and counts
cash. Maintain records and prepares bank deposits. #professional
