We are looking for an Office Manager to join our HR department. The responsibility of the office manager will be to unilaterally manage all functions of the physical office while maintaining locally employee wellness and vendor relationships. This position will be a prominent fixture in procuring, budgeting, executing, and approving projects and vendors within the New York Office.
What you'll be doing:

  • Vendor relationship management - including procuring and negotiating vendor contracts as well as liaising with internal finance/coordination teams to execute projects.
  • Employee Onboarding - centralized management tool for identification of all company property associated with each employee, account creation, physical location, etc.
  • Employee Welfare - including company-wide facilitation with external headquarters to increase employee satisfaction and engagement, local attention to employees needs including groceries, stock, and cleanliness.
  • Office Administration - pivotal involvement in all projects and aspects surround the physical building and vendors within. Documenting and notifying appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Scaling & Growth - Forethought for the pace at which accessiBe is growing, understanding expansion needs.
    • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager in a tech company
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
    • Proficient with office software
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels
    • Highly service-oriented, creative, forward-thinking, resourceful, solution-oriented
    • Organized, with a strong work ethic, time-management skills, and deep attention to detail
    • Positive and friendly with a passion for teamwork!
